01 — The premise
Stability you create,
not stability you wait for.
A conventional root-form implant borrows its early stability from friction against the osteotomy wall, then spends months earning the rest through osseointegration. Every week of that wait is a week the patient spends without a tooth — and a week of staged appointments, provisionals and grafting for the practice.
Ultratooth takes a different route. After the fixture is seated, the surgeon torques an internal expansion screw to 20 N·cm. Four apical legs open outward into the surrounding bone, converting the implant from something held in a socket to something locked into it. Primary stability becomes a mechanical event under the surgeon's control, verified in the chair, rather than a biological outcome measured months later.

Apical expansion
A screwdriver engages the expansion screw through the implant channel and draws the expansion cone upward. The apical legs spread into the bone walls and compact the surrounding trabeculae, generating stability that can be felt and torque-verified immediately.

One piece, no interface
The Ultratooth is a single implant-and-abutment unit. There is no implant–abutment junction to microleak, irritate the soft tissue or loosen — and no second-stage surgery to uncover it.

Tapered coronal geometry
The widening coronal form supports the emergence profile of the natural tooth it replaces, which matters most in the aesthetic zone where the socket architecture is still intact at placement.

One drill, not five
The universal one-step drill replaces the rosette, pilot and guide sequence for sufficiently experienced surgeons — fewer instrument changes, less chair time, less thermal insult to the site.

Standard and wide-body Ultratooth fixtures share a single restorative platform, so the prosthetic components and the surgical kit stay the same across the range. A non-expandable internal-connection line covers the sites where expansion is not indicated.

Formal training in the surgical placement and prosthetic restoration of the Ultratooth is a requirement, not a recommendation. Certification covers case selection, the expansion protocol, provisionalisation, and the management and removal of failing implants.
